The Brand Manager supports the Brand Management Director in overseeing multiple brands across various categories assisting in the development of innovative marketing strategies and driving brand growth. This key role involves managing marketing activities including advertising promotions business analysis and marketing plans. The Brand Manager will leverage consumer insights and financial data to recommend strategies for brand growth while ensuring consistent across crossfunctional teams.

Responsibilities:
- Crossfunctional Coordination: Ensure alignment across teams on brandrelated decisions.
- Brand Performance Analysis: Report on brand performance to assess ROI and recommend improvements.
- Market and Consumer Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior. Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations.
- Pricing and Distribution Strategies: Develop pricing strategies and oversee distribution channels.
- Brand Plan and Marketing Strategy Development: Support the Brand Management Director in building datadriven brand plans.
- New Product Development: Manage product innovation from ideation to market launch in collaboration with teams.
- Marketing Plans : Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns to achieve financial and marketing goals including gotomarket plans for new product launches
- Brand and Competitive Data Analysis: Continuously assess brand performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets and assist with managing Brand P&Ls.
- Creative Collaboration: Work with the creative team to develop sales and marketing materials such as product packaging sell sheets promotional materials etc.
- Social Media Collaboration: Coordinate with the Social Media Manager to ensure consistent messaging across platforms.
- Communication Briefs: Write and manage communication briefs for campaigns and launches.
- Sales Presentations: Collaborate with Brand and Sales Director to create effective presentation decks for category reviews.
- Agency and ThirdParty Coordination: Partner with agencies to execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (MBA a plus).
- 47 years of Brand Management/Marketing experience.
- 2 years in Product Development/Manufacturing.
- Expertise in the CPG space with hyper focus on consumer research industry trends and marketing strategies.
- Experience in Feminine Care or Supplement industries is a big plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis to provide actionable insights and drive growth (you thrive on the data and details but also have a consumerfirst approach)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and prioritize tasks.
- High competency across strategic and tactical thinking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills across various teams/stakeholders.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Publisher Teams); Asana is a plus.
