Job Description
Position: Kitchen Porter
Location: Potters Resorts Five Lakes Colchester Road Tolleshunt Knights Maldon CM9 8HX Essex UK
Type: Parttime
As a Kitchen Porter youll play a vital role in supporting our chefs and kitchen team ensuring that all kitchen areas are clean organised and ready for service. Your responsibilities will include washing dishes assisting with basic food prep maintaining cleanliness in all kitchen areas and helping to ensure our high standards of hygiene and safety are met.

Pay:
- 12.21 per hour (over 21 years old)
- 10 per hour 18 20 years old)
Hours of work:
- This is a part time role working 2036 hours per week
- Straight shifts no split shifts!
Working a combination of the following shifts:
7.30am 4.00pm
12.30pm 9.00pm
3.00pm 11.30pm
Shifts will include weekends and bank holidays on a rotational basis.

Qualifications :
Although no formal qualifications are necessary the successful candidate will:
- Have some experience within a kitchen environment (although this is not essential)
- Have a good understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Be able to work in a very fastpaced environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Have a flexible approach being able to work a variety of shifts including evenings weekends and bank holidays
- Enjoy working as a team under pressure with a positive attitude
- Be able to follow instructions
- This is a physically demanding role
