Job Description
This role is essential to keeping our GMPcompliant warehouse running smoothly. Youll handle receiving storing inventory management and staging materials for production. Youll also support discard processes maintain accurate records per GDP standards and collaborate across teams. Attention to detail and flexibilityincluding cold vault coverage and occasional overtimeare key to success.
Responsibilities include:
- Handle material receipt storage and shipment ensuring compliance with GMP and cold chain requirements.
- Manage inventory accurately including sample and returned drug inventories cycle counts and discard processes.
- Maintain GMP compliance in the warehouse monitor equipment and contribute to SOPs and work instructions.
- Collaborate crossfunctionally to ensure seamless operations and provide emergency coverage as needed.
- Ensure area compliance with safety GMP and operational procedures escalating issues appropriately.
Qualifications :
Minimum:
- Associates degree 35 years or high school diploma 57 years of warehouse experience
- GMP environment experience and ability to follow SOPs
- Demonstrated problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Preferred:
- Technical writing and experience with deviations or change controls
- Familiarity with SAP and warehouse management systems
- Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
- Quick to learn new processes and technologies
- Experience with RF scanning and barcode systems

Additional Details:
The position is second shift fulltime MonFri 3pm1130pm with overtime as needed. Flexibility to work on 1st shift or split shifts (such as 8am5pm or 12pm8:30pm) is needed during training period. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of West Point PA are encouraged to apply.
