You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailThe MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing various and numerous mechanical electrical & plumbing capital projects within the Design & Construction department. The ideal candidate will be jointly responsible for managing all aspects of the specific project type athand and will require strong project management skills and technical expertise in the various MEP Systems throughout our portfolio. The individual is responsible for ensuring projects are completed ontime and within budgetary constraints.
Develops comprehensive project specific plans including scope of work budget and schedule.
Coordinate with onsite property representatives architects engineers and/or subcontractors to manage project related matters and technical issues to mitigate risks.
Assign tasks set priorities and ensure deliverables are met timely and on budget.
Maintain accurate documentation and report appropriately to leadership.
Ensure scope of work is completed in accordance with Federal State and local agencies.
Conducts field inspections review contractor invoicing and maintain project cost control.
Negotiate terms of agreements draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
Manage change orders RFIs and other project specific documentation.
Ability to travel as necessary for project related needs this is expected to be frequent.
Perform as a team player be collaborative and inclusive.
Other duties as assigned by management.
