Job Description
Role Description: As an AWP Team Member you will play a crucial role in:
- Establishing and maintaining safe work zones using the proper equipment.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure the safety of all.
- Managing traffic flow effectively with stop/slow paddles.
- Delivering exceptional service and protection to our clients.
- This position requires frequent travel to different locations within the region making a valid and current California drivers license and reliable transportation an essential job function.
Qualifications :
Qualifications:
- Valid and current California drivers license required.
- Ability to stand for 812 hours a day and lift 5060 lbs.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and traffic settings.
- Experience driving.

- Apprentice pay scale: $22.95 $33.75/hour
- Journeymen pay scale: $35.31 $38.81/hour
