Job Description
Project Kuiper is Amazons low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast reliable internet to customers and communities around the world and weve designed the system with the capacity flexibility and performance to serve a wide range of customers from individualhouseholds to schools hospitals businesses government agencies and other organizations operating in locations without reliable connectivity.
Export Control : This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. governmentimposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead the endtoend process of coordinating planning procuring and delivering test racks to our contract manufacturers. This role is critical in ensuring timely and efficient setup of testing capabilities at our partner facilities directly impacting product quality and production timelines.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for test rack delivery to contract manufacturers
Coordinate crossfunctional teams including engineering procurement logistics and contract manufacturers
Oversee the procurement process for test rack components ensuring adherence to specifications
Manage relationships with suppliers and contract manufacturers to ensure timely delivery and installation
Monitor and report on project progress identifying and mitigating risks proactively
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the process
Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders including regular status updates
Continuously improve processes for efficiency and scalability
3 years of program or project management experience
3 years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
Experience working cross functionally with tech and nontech teams
3 years of driving end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership experience
3 years of driving process improvements experience
Experience in stakeholder management dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
Experience building processes project management and schedules
PMP or similar project management certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
