Dartmouth Health Concord is currently seeking a Family Medicine APRN or PA to work with our team to manage the health and wellness of our patients. You will work collaboratively to provide comprehensive care to our patients in Southern New Hampshire. Working under the general direction of the medical director you will practice autonomously as well as in collaboration with physicians APRNs and PA colleagues as well as other healthcare providers to provide primary healthcare to patients in our practice. 2 years of primary care provider experience is preferred.
DartmouthHitchcock Concord is a multispecialty clinic with a large comprehensive Primary Care team and other specialty services onsite including Allergy and Immunology Audiology Cardiology Dermatology Endocrinology Laboratory Services Neurology Orthopedics Otolaryngology Podiatry Radiology Rheumatology and Surgery

Required Licensure/Certifications
- Graduate of an accredited APRN or PA program.
- NCCPA certification or board certification by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).
- Eligible for APRN or PA licensure in the State of New Hampshire.
- Eligible for Federal DEA Registration.
