Position: Call Center Agent
Location: Denver CO
Schedule: Weekends Off
Salary: $800 $950 per week
Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers providing exceptional service while addressing inquiries and resolving issues. You will work in a fastpaced environment where your ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously will be critical to your success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently escalating where necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues were resolved to their satisfaction.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy.
- Familiarity with computer systems and software including CRM platforms.
