WatchHouse is an industry leading group of specialty coffeehouses across London with a flagship house in the heart of the Cotswolds Bath. Were looking for a dedicatedKitchen Assistant to join this vital team. In this role youll be a key partof making sure our Houses are consistently stocked with the highquality foodWatchHouse is known for. Your work will directly impact the daily experiencesof thousands of guests ensuring that every plate and pastry tells the story ofour commitment to quality care and craft.
The ideal candidate for thisrole will have experience working in a professional kitchen and be confidentand skilled in service. We create pack and distribute sandwiches and breakfastlines to all 18 houses so working well under pressure attention to detail andworking in a timely pace is essential to this role to ensure we supply all orderson time and in full.
Youll be responsible for:
Supporting food preparation as well as full service.
Working alongside the kitchen team to support with any needsfrom washing cutlery plating dishes to putting away orders.
Maintaining a clean work space throughout the day; cleaningfloors santisting stations taking out the refuse and maintaining safetystandards.
You will be working in professional kitchens and bestinclassequipment.
This role is full time role 3040 hours per week with opportunityto flex up on hours when needed. Youll be based at one location but we askthat everyone is flexible and willing to help out at one of the 12 sites acrossLondon.
This role also gives the successful candidates the opportunityto join WatchHouse at a time in which we are gearing towards excitingexpansion giving everyone unique career opportunities over the coming monthsand years the perfect role for someone looking to pursue a career in thehospitality industry.
