Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers providing them with exceptional support and guidance through various channels including phone email and live chat. Your ability to address customer inquiries effectively and empathetically will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services and assist customers with navigating our website.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality and internal processes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex issues effectively.
  • Assist in the training and onboarding of new customer service team members as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.
