We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Raleigh NC. The ideal candidate will act as the first point of contact for customers providing accurate information resolving issues efficiently and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Answer and manage inbound calls and emails from customers professionally and promptly
Provide product and service information with accuracy and clarity
Resolve customer concerns by clarifying issues and determining the best solutions
Maintain updated customer records using internal systems
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments as needed
Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to improve the customer experience
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
Reliable punctual and teamoriented
