What you get to do in this role:
As a Senior Anaplan Product Manager on ServiceNows GTM Anaplan Team you will play a crucial role in designing implementing and supporting key business solutions and processes on the Anaplan platform. This position is essential in our fastpaced hightech environment utilizing cuttingedge technology.
In this role you will support Global Partner Channel Sales Operations and contribute to enterprisewide strategic programs and major transformations across GPC and GPC SC. The ideal candidate is a resultsdriven professional with extensive project experience in a highgrowth organization adept at managing complex enterprise programs. You will be the primary contact for business requirements testing validation process improvement and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior business stakeholders to evaluate business capabilities within their functions and ensure business alignment as well as actionable outcomes.
- Lead the development of futureready GTM business systems leveraging your expertise in processes and methodologies.
- Assist with Sales annual planning projects and enhancement activities and enable of territory assignment and quota planning throughout the year.
- Partner with Global Partner Channel business teams to develop delivery roadmaps define and document business processes and establish system requirements.
- Engage in endtoend system implementation projects including business requirements documentation solution design user stories creation QA testing UAT testing script documentation/ and issue resolution.
- Plan and prioritize system enhancements and support and upgrade implemented systems. Ensure all related activities are delivered with a focus on customer service and quality.
- Other adhoc responsibilities in support of crossfunctional stakeholders and strategic initiatives
Qualifications :
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decisionmaking or problemsolving. This may include using AIpowered tools automating workflows analyzing AIdriven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Approximately 8 years of Sales Planning experience in functional/business process strategy design and operations. Experience with hightech Cloud industry a plus
- Proven experience in project management including translating business requirements into technical criteria with clear acceptance criteria and maintaining Sprint planning readiness.
- Strong knowledge of Agile principles and processes.
- Experience with endtoend business processes in Annual Planning Headcount Planning and Forecasting.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with business and IT teams make sound decisions and drive alignment with authority and credibility.
- Excellent communication skills capable of articulating ideas in both business and technical terms.
- Creative adaptable and flexible with the ability to contribute innovative ideas and adjust to evolving business needs.
- Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan Pigment Oracle Hyperion Adaptive or SAP BPC.
- High motivation attention to detail and a customer/servicecentric mindset.
