Marine Project Manager
Join a highprofile infrastructure programme delivering future submarine docking capability.
As Marine Project Manager you will be responsible for offshore project delivery ensuring successful within a complex defence environment. You will lead and support teams manage interdependent projects and drive programme outputs while maintaining military capability.
We seek a resultsdriven professional with strong programme and project management expertise capable of delivering at pace in a challenging infrastructure setting.
Your Missions
Lead the planning delivery & commissioning of marine projects ensuring they meet quality cost & time objectives. Manage contracts budgets & risks while building strong supplier & stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all project phases from start to completion
Lead teams & maintain stakeholder confidence
Manage contracts supplier performance & cost control
Oversee budgeting forecasting & expenditure tracking
Monitor risks implement changes & ensure compliance
Drive a highperforming team culture
Who We Need: A proactive project manager with expertise in infrastructure contracts & financial oversight ready to deliver in a complex defence environment.
Qualifications :
What You Need
Essential:
SC Clearance & ability to work on Base min. 3 days/week
Handson consultancy and/or construction background
Experience in marine infrastructure projects
Strong commercial awareness & ability to challenge CEs
Handson experience with NEC4 contracts & stakeholder management
IT proficiency
Desirable:
Experience managing projects in live operational/marine environments
Collaborative working experience
Flexibility to adapt to fastchanging needs
Primavera P6 & CEMAR knowledge
Qualifications & Experience
Essential:
NEC4 experience
Project delivery within a marine environment
Desirable:
Membership of a relevant professional body
Marinespecific background (not general civils)
NEC PM accreditation or formal training
