Job Description
Were looking for a highly driven Project Manager to lead Design Unit projects from concept to completiondelivering on time within budget and to the highest standards of quality safety and client satisfaction.
Role Purpose
As Project Manager youll oversee all aspects of engineering project deliveryincluding scope cost schedule and qualityensuring alignment with client expectations and internal processes.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with HSE standards and technical quality
Deliver projects per approved scope schedule and cost baseline
Drive timely invoicing and cash collection
Manage contract and change processes
Maintain client satisfaction and resolve nonconformities swiftly
Provide clear factual project reporting (progress costs risks)
Identify resource needs and support planning activities
Prepare monthly reviews and maintain risk registers
Key Success Metrics
Projects delivered on time on budget with high client satisfaction
No safety incidents; NCRs resolved promptly
DSO < 90 days Unbilled < 60 days
MBA meets or exceeds target
What You Bring
Solid engineering background with experience in largescale civil/industrial developments
Strong leadership and project management skills across multidiscipline teams
Deep knowledge of cost control scheduling (P6 earned value management
Licensed engineer with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Cultural awareness and Middle East experience are a plus

Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in related engineering field Civil / Architecture
Affiliations: PMI
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field: Civil / Architecture
