As an Inhouse Lawyer in our Compliance team your purpose will be to support our Marketing & Commercial area through participation in crossborder projects.
In this role you will:
- Act as a legal business partner for the Companys stakeholders.
- Offer legal advice on daytoday business matters and growth initiatives.
- Prepare drafts of contracts and regulations particularly related to the companys sale and marketing of services.
- Cooperate with inhouse counsels external advisors and internal teams across various jurisdictions.
- Provide advice on various legal issues within the crossteam projects.
- Perform other duties as reasonably assigned.
RequirementsEssentially to ensure you succeed in this role youre going to need
- A minimum of 57 years of postgraduate experience.
- Previous experience in the law firm with proven expertise in contract law ecommerce law and marketing law.
- Excellent drafting skills encompassing contracts regulations and terms and conditions marketing and sales promotional regulations and similar documents.
- Practical experience in independent advisory on complex legal projects.
- Ability to coordinate crossborder projects.
- Fluency in English with the ability to effectively use legal terminology.
- Availability to visit our Warsaw office 1 per month)
