HCA Healthcare Pathology Services and their North Florida Division is recruiting a Medical Director to be based at HCA Florida Ocala Hospital and provide professional services to this facility as well as HCA Florida West Marion Hospital in Ocala Healthcare is one of the nations leading providers of healthcare services with 185 hospitals and 2400 sites of care located in 20 states as well as the United Kingdom. With the scale and support of HCA Healthcare our pathology service line works to deliver quality driven evidence and valuebased pathology professional services in a timely and costefficient manner for all our patients and Services consists of over 200 board certified multispecialty pathologists and provides professional services to over 100 HCA Healthcare owned hospitals as well as commercial clients. We provide expert diagnosis in complex and challenging fields. Among our top priorities is employing the best talent to advance care for our Candidates:AP/CP Board Certification required2 years of hospitalbased Medical Director experience preferredComfortable with the full scope of AP and CPRecent general surgical pathology and clinical interpretationsRecent experience performing frozen sectionsExcellent interpersonal skills and experience managing a groupFlorida licensed or ability to obtainIncentive/Benefits Package:Competitive compensation package including annual profitsharing bonusExcellent benefits package including CME allowance health and 401kRelocation assistance providedMalpractice insurance provided
