The Impact Youll Make:
Youll report to our Director Creative through our Brand team and youll create marketing content and brand communications through a blend of inhouse production and agency management. Youll develop businessmoving creative for new user acquisition existing user engagement and brand building including digital social radio outofhome television and CRM channels. Additionally you will:
Create assets across channels such as display or social media ads
Refine brand and style guidelines and ensure agency adherence to brand standards
Provide creative direction and feedback to agency partners including influencers
Perform quality assurance reviews for Upside teammates and agency partners
Build a repository of brand assets to increase production efficiency
Support campaigns and partner across performance marketing lifecycle marketing content and design teams
Competencies Youll Need:
2 years of brand design or creative development experience within a brand or agency
Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign After Effects and Premier)
A portfolio that highlights your brand design skills

Location:
This hybrid role is based in our Austin Chicago DC or NYC office. Inoffice attendance is required on Monday Tuesday and Thursday and may increase based on projectbased needs and changes to Upsides inoffice policy over time.
Compensation:
The U.S. base salary range for this fulltime position is $85000 $105000 equity benefits. The final starting pay will be determined based on jobrelated skills experience qualifications work location and market conditions. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process.
