Our client based in Durban is seeking a detailoriented and proactive Administrator to join their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the operational functions of the business through accurate data entry coordination with internal departments and ensuring seamless stock and sales tracking.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or similar role.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and general computer literacy.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Experience in stock management or sales capturing will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Capture daily sales data accurately and in a timely manner.
Deduct items from the stock list based on sales and usage.
Create and process purchase orders as per company requirements.
Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow.
Assist with general administrative tasks as required.
