UX Strategy &
- Lead the development and of user experience strategies aligned with business goals and customer expectations.
- Identify and address key friction points in navigation layout and checkout flow through user research heatmaps and analytics.
- Collaborate closely with design development and marketing teams to deliver consistent onbrand and conversionfocused UX enhancements.
- Stay ahead of emerging UX/UI trends and tools integrating best practices to ensure Teleflora remains a leader in digital experience.
UserCentered Design & Testing
- Develop wireframes mockups and prototypes to illustrate concepts and drive alignment with crossfunctional teams.
- Partner with the creative team to translate customer insights into intuitive and aesthetically pleasing designs.
- Design and manage A/B and multivariate tests to validate design decisions improve usability and optimize site interactions.
- Capture and integrate Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback usability testing and survey data into UX improvement plans.
DataDriven Optimization
- Use behavioral analytics customer feedback and session data to understand user intent and inform UX strategies.
- Work with the Analytics team to define KPIs track performance metrics (e.g. bounce rate time on site conversion rates) and create dashboards to measure UX impact.
- Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that improve conversion engagement and satisfaction.
CrossFunctional Collaboration
- Serve as a key stakeholder and UX advocate in crossfunctional meetings and planning sessions.
- Collaborate with marketing product and development teams to ensure cohesive of site enhancements and campaigns.
- Align UX goals with eCommerce and brand initiatives to ensure a unified digital presence.
Key Objectives
- Deliver a streamlined and intuitive user experience that drives measurable improvements in engagement conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Create and maintain a customerfirst datainformed UX culture focused on innovation and experimentation.
- Support product merchandising teams by ensuring that the digital presentation of products is aligned with UX standards and usability principles (secondary responsibility).
Qualifications :
- 35 years of experience in eCommerce UX/UI strategy design and optimization.
- Please note that this is not a UX designer role.
- Strong understanding of humancentered design user psychology and UX research methodologies.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g. Figma Adobe XD Sketch).
- Demonstrated ability to use analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics Hotjar ContentSquare) to drive decisions and measure success.
- Experience with A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks (e.g. Optimizely Google Optimize).
- Excellent collaboration communication and project management skills.
- Passion for creating delightful frictionless customer experiences in a fastpaced eCommerce environment.
Pay Range: $100000 $115000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
