Were seeking a motivated and compassionate Student Nurse Aide to join our growing team! This is a valuable opportunity to gain realworld experience in longterm care while providing quality care to our residents. Reliability trustworthiness and consistency in attendance are essential. You must be able to work cooperatively multitask efficiently and remain professional in a fastpaced environment.
Your Impact as a Student Nurse Aide
In this role you will:
Provide personal care to residents (e.g. grooming bathing peri care dressing) under supervision and within the scope of your training.
Change bed linens and maintain appropriate grooming supplies in resident rooms.
Assist with ambulation and transfers using proper body mechanics and assistive devices.
Routinely reposition residents and monitor skin integrity.
Support nursing staff by completing nonnursing tasks such as making beds passing water/ice answering call lights and organizing supplies.
Assist with range of motion exercises and engage in reality orientation with residents.
Identify and report any condition that requires management attention.

Were seeking someone who:
Has written proof of completion of 16hour ADL training from an authorized school/instructor.
Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Shows excellent selfdiscipline patience and a passion for serving others.
Can follow safety policies and procedures.
Has basic computer literacy and can follow documentation protocols.
Respects and adheres to the Patient Bill of Rights and Employee Responsibilities.
