**This is a hybrid role that will require 4 days in office at one of our Distribution Centers**
Provides cycle menu and recipe guidance and data entry support for customers from all the Gordon Food Service (GFS) US Divisions and assists with menu rollouts as requested. Develops and implements nutrition and food safety resources tools and solutions for both internal and external customers.
What you will do:
Manages overall menu support needs with key national sales and individual unit accounts for all segments including customization of menus for identified customers.
Supports Cycle Menu Management roll outs and training for regional chains.
Provides guidance to Internal Sales Teams for incorporating menu support into customer contracts based on the specific customer needs.
Trains customers and sales personnel on the features and tools available within Cycle Menu Management.
Supports and participates in NRC strategies including nutrition database management and development of nutrition and food safety training tools for customers.
Maintains knowledge of current trends and developments in the field
Maintains peer relationships in the field to share issues and ideas.
Performs other duties as assigned.
When you will work:
Monday through Friday 8:00am 5:00pm.
Hybrid Work Schedule: 4 days in office 1 day from home.
What youll bring to the table:
Registered Dietitian and/or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist required.
Bachelors Degree in Dietetics or related field required.
23 years experience in health care or school foodservice operations.
Experience in using recipe or menu management software systems preferred.
Long term care experience highly preferred.
Experience with menu planning cycle menus for senior living or long term care facility.
Must have excellent written verbal organizational and communication skills
Must have excellent problemsolving skills.
Must have the ability to multitask prioritize and able to work independently and within a team environment
Must be able to work under tight deadlines.
Must have good customer service and time management skills.
