Job Title: Personal Lines Servicing Broker (Contract Remote)
Location: Remote (Must be based between Calgary and Edmonton Alberta)
Type: Contract (Until Fall 2025
Hours: 2035 hours/week (Flexible schedule)

As they continue to grow they are seeking a reliable and detailoriented Personal Lines Servicing Broker to support thier operations on a contract basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and process personal lines insurance documentation
Prepare and send renewal letters
Work within broker portal systems to update and maintain client files
Utilize EPIC broker management system for daytoday servicing
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure timely and accurate client servicing
Qualifications:
General Level 1 Insurance License (Required)
General Level 2 License (Preferred)
Must reside between Calgary and Edmonton
Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience
Proficiency with EPIC broker management system
Familiarity with Intact Wawanesa and Portage Mutual Insurance systems
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
