Job Description
Step into a unique and rewarding role as an Executive Assistant where you ll serve as the trusted right-hand to a senior executive in a fast-paced culturally rich environment. Responsibilities
- Manage comprehensive calendar scheduling and coordination for both business and personal commitments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics management
- Handle personal task coordination including family scheduling with spouse and children
- Manage personal logistics such as dry cleaning coordination delivery scheduling and equipment shipping
- Provide daily executive briefings on appointments schedule gaps and priority items
- Facilitate meeting coordination between executive and CEO collaborating with other executive assistants
- Plan and execute company-wide events including summer retreats holiday celebrations and themed parties
- Coordinate event logistics including venue bookings hotel accommodation and entertainment planning
- Serve as professional liaison for various personal and business communications
- Handle diverse ad hoc projects and tasks with flexibility and initiative
Requirements
- Proven experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting US-based executives
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with ability to create professional presentations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to thrive in direct candid communication environments
- Event planning and coordination experience with attention to detail and creative problem-solving
- Assertive professional personality with ability to handle sensitive personal and business matters
- Strong cultural familiarity with US business practices and professional standards
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish/English) preferred but not mandatory
- Demonstrated ability to manage both business operations and personal tasks with complete discretion
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple competing demands
