As a UX Design Manager youll play a critical role in shaping usercentered product experiences that serve our members. You will build mentor and lead a small but highperforming UX team across all phases of the design processresearch ideation prototyping and usability testing. Your leadership will help drive a design culture rooted in empathy innovation and measurable impact.

In this role you will:
- Initiate usercentered product design for CCA and build a cohesive effective team.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to ensure alignment with business KPIs and project goals.
- Create intuitive and elegant UX solutions that address user problems effectively.
- Develop and maintain a UX program to guide designers product managers and tech teams towards achieving UX objectives.
- Conduct user testing leveraging data to inform design decisions and lead product design efforts ensuring cohesive and innovative solutions.
- Design UX best practices and establish efficient processes integrating these into the teams workflow.
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 810 years of UX design experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy user research and design work that led to measurable improvements in product outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; confident in articulating design rationale and influencing decisionmakers.
- A balanced mindset that blends bigpicture thinking with handson design .
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma WEVO or similar.
- Strong collaboration skills with crossfunctional teams including product management and engineering.
- Some flexibility to travel to member stores and NH headquarters.
