MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Leadership & Planning 25
Establishes and implements a strategic comprehensive enrollment plan for the college and its related components including Enrollment Office of the Registrar and Financial Aid. Integrates information from multiple functions/departments across the college to inform strategy and support crossdivisional strategic planning.
Sets enrollment goals directs and oversees the development of enrollment and financial aid strategies and programs to enhance recruiting support student success and promote diversity equity inclusion and belonging.
Ensures a studentcentered approach within the Admissions Financial Aid and Registrar offices. Understands the current and emerging student profile at CCA and the primary needs of this population.
Takes lead on compliance oversight within all areas of oversight.
Identifies opportunities to increase excellence in service as well as improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.
Resolves complex issues with longterm impact and resolutions may lead to new ways of conducting operations for changes to policy.
Designs establishes and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the units goals and objectives; oversee recruitment training supervision and evaluation of unit staff.
Manages motivates and further develops staff especially the leadership team and sets clear direction and articulates goals and expectations for excellence and success. 20 of time Responsibilities
Collaborates with VP Marketing and Communications to develop an admissions marketing strategy in collaboration with the colleges broader marketing initiatives
Gathers and evaluates data related to strategies and tactics and makes assessmentbased and datadriven recommendations. 5 of time Responsibilities
Builds credibility with faculty and collaborates specifically with deans chairs and other faculty on enrollment initiatives including setting individual program enrollment goals and strategies to meet those goals.
Works closely with academic and student affairs leadership as well as with institutional research regarding enrollment and retention issues.
Represents and promotes divisional programs services and initiatives to internal and external constituencies and the general public as appropriate. 15 of time Responsibilities
The Vice President for Enrollment Management plays a vital role on the Presidents Senior Cabinet and collaborates closely with the Senior Leadership Team to support the colleges financial and strategic sustainability. In partnership with the CFO the VP develops tuition proposals fee structures and multiyear financial aid strategies informed by enrollment trends. The VP also chairs the Enrollment Management Committee contributes to institutional planning efforts and regularly briefs the Board of Trusteesensuring enrollment strategy is aligned with CCAs broader vision. 15 of time Responsibilities
Works closely with Information Technology to ensure student admissions financial aid and records systems and processes facilitate achieving our enrollment and financial aid objectives.
Ensures the maintenance of accurate and complete data and uses data to enhance the system to allow for custom and/or highdemand reporting. Collects analyzes interprets data to drive decisionmaking. 10 of time Responsibilities
Stays informed of best practices in enrollment management and nationally in particular among other art colleges in the Association of Independent Colleges of Art & Design. Incorporates innovative and imaginative efforts into strategic planning as appropriate leveraging technology as much as appropriate. 5 of time Responsibilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
A masters degree and at least 10 years of experience that can be demonstrated to be applicable to the duties listed in the job description (a directly related doctorate gained from an accredited institution may be substituted for experience on a yearforyear basis)
Demonstrated and successful track record in the field of enrollment management particularly in the areas of enrollment marketing and recruitment enrollment projections and growth and financial aid leveraging
Thorough understanding of enrollment and retention trends in higher education and demonstrated knowledge of marketing and outreach principles strategies and techniques
Innovative and strategic a proven and effective leader with demonstrated experience piloting new enrollment and financial aid initiatives
Ability to share your vision and ensure that your division and the senior leadership team understand and support your vision.
Skill in program planning examining and reengineering operations and procedures and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures in higher education.
Collaborative leadership style and demonstrated management abilities to develop staff and effective teams; ability to develop and maintain strong relationships and partnerships with senior leadership peers while also effectively influencing peers and the President to take action when appropriate.
Advanced analytical evaluative and objective critical thinking skills and proven datadriven decision making skills
Deep understanding of state and federal financial aid regulations
Exceptional interpersonal skills (written and verbal) and the ability to interact and work effectively with administrators academic leadership faculty students and members of the community at large; strong presentation skills
Familiarity with and ability to apply technological innovations to enrollment office management and office operations; experience using CRM and integrated data systems.
Demonstrate commitment to advancing the colleges DEIB goals and play an active role in building an inclusive culture and understanding the structures which promote (or hinder) diversity equity inclusion and belonging at CCA.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
The range for this position is $190000 $235000/annually
CCA offers a comprehensive benefits package including the choice of five medical plans generous holiday sick & vacation time a retirement match and tuition remission. CCA covers an average of 91 of the medical plan cost for the employee only and an average of 82 for employees with dependents. More information can be found here: DETAILS:
