You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWhy Its a Great Opportunity:In this role as a Fire Plans Examiner in the Development Services Division of the Planning and Public Works (PPW) Department you will be responsible for processing fire and building permits conducting plan reviews field inspections and problem solving in technical areas directly related to International Fire Code administration. You will work collaboratively with the building department on code compliance law enforcement fire services as well as all businesses in unincorporated areas.

How to be Successful in the Role:Your success will come from knowing and sharing your knowledge of fire/safety codes experience in plan review and/or inspecting. Customer service is critical as you explain regulations and standards to a diverse group.
