Key Roles and Responsibilities
Active clinical practice in the surgical treatment of diseases requiring transplantation or the services of this division. Participate as a member of the Transplant Surgery Service in the Department of Surgery.
Teaching faculty appointment with the School of Medicine in the area of Surgery with an emphasis in Transplant Surgery. Incumbent will teach medical students and residents in the classroom clinic and operating room.
Participate in surgery related research clinical trials and clinical studies. Publish and present data at the regional and national levels.
Serve on hospital university and departmental committees as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Education:
Board eligible or board certified in Surgery. Completion of a Transplant Surgery Fellowship.

Work Experience:
1 year experience in academic setting and research.
