Job Description

Housing Officer (Crawley Village) 519751

  • Support the management of UWAs Crawley Village residential portfolio.
  • Contribute to highquality tenant services and property care.
  • Fulltime ongoing appointment.
  • Base salary range: $91833 $ 97052 p.a. plus 17 superannuation.

About the area
Campus Management is responsible for the planning development and ongoing management of UWAs campus environments and property portfolio. This includes strategic estate planning capital projects property and leasing services facilities operations security landscape transport and sustainability initiatives. The Commercial and Property section oversees the leasing and management of a diverse mix of residential and commercial assets across UWAs campuses.

About the opportunity

  • Manage tenant relationships and coordinate property services across Crawley Village.
  • Deliver highquality tenancy management inspections and occupancy coordination.
  • Manage properties in accordance with Tenancy Agreement arrangements in accordance with the Universitys obligations in alignment with the Residential Tenancies Act 1987 (WA).

About you

  • Substantial knowledge and application of relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in residential property and tenancy management preferably within a large organisation.
  • Proven ability to deliver high levels of customer service and handle tenant inquiries and disputes.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills with experience managing occupancy and inspection processes.
  • Ability to work independently show initiative problem solve and work productively as part of a team.

Special Requirements

  • Current C class drivers licence.
  • Current National Police Clearance Certificate.
