Job Title: Brand Manager Consumer
Location: Sweden
Responsible for Brand strategy & product development marketing campaigns & retail and distribution support for the Dermatological Skincare Brands Cetaphil Benzac Curanail. You will align with the companys overall goals and ensure it resonates with target consumers in the local Nordic markets.
Key Responsibilities
Own the brand positioning and product portfolio management: Drives a welldefined product portfolio as well as evaluate and manage the product portfolio; Including new product launches product improvements and endoflife for underperforming products. Works with the region to innovate and bring new products to market.
Implement pricing strategy that supports brand positioning competitiveness and profitability.
Develop marketing strategy and plans and implement it effectively in market to achieve the business goals and objectives and target customers.
Drive strong engagement through education programs to increase our presence and consumption.
Manage and develop campaign budgets timelines and collaborate with creative agencies to develop impactful content owning logo and visuals and maximize the use of digital.
Lead the planning development and of integrated marketing campaigns across Drug Chain eCommerce and Pharmacies channels.
Collects actionable consumer insights that guide brand strategy product development and marketing.
Monitors the brand performance against the KPIs and makes relevant reports for the management
Analyze sales performance trends and impact of competitive strategies
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related field
Ideally experience within the consumer health and beauty or FMCG industry.
Competent developing strategy and implementing it effectively in market to achieve business goals and objectives.
Demonstratable ability creating materials and building strong relationships with external stakeholders.
Experience working with of managing agencies and budgets
Good understanding of customer and key stakeholders interests and concerns
Fluent Swedish
