Job Description

Were a housing provider in Macclesfield with over 5000 properties across East Cheshire and the surrounding areas. Were ambitious with plans to build more homes regenerate local areas and invest in our properties. We provide housing to those in housing need and aim to be a great landlord for our customers.

You will work closely and collaboratively with colleagues across the Trust and externally to drive improvements and offer a firstclass service to our customers handling repairs complaints and coordination of external contracts for the team.

To succeed in this role you will need experience of working within a responsive repairs and/or planned repairs contract. You must have direct customer focused experience and have experience of solving complaints or complex queries.
