As a Senior Director of Engineering in Acceptance Solutions you will pave the way for our most important asset our engineering teams to deliver amazing features of the highest quality. You will be working with colleagues who will help support and challenge you every day.
You will actively collaborate with crossfunctional teams including Product Program Management Development and Platform Architecture teams to guide and provide leadership. You maintain awareness of dependencies between projects and delivery vision while ensuring engineering excellence to the six nines. You build the strategy for your teams to architect design and deliver the next wave of enterprise FinTech innovation.

Essential Functions
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 23 set days a week (determined by leadership/site) with a general guidepost of being in the office 50 or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD) or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
15 or more years of experience with a Bachelors Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters MBA JD or MD) PhD with 9 years of experience
15 years of experience leading product development and delivery using multiple technologies Java/J2EE Spring MVC Spring Boot Angular
JavaScript MySQL Maven design patterns test automation frameworks
Experience leading development on Hadoop using Spark and Scala based large data processing and transaction systems
Good understanding and experience leading AI/ML initiatives
Experience leading design and development of missioncritical secure reliable systems
Experience leading design & development of datacentric solutions.
Extensive knowledge and experience in modern data ingestion frameworks
Strong experience with agile methodologies & software development lifecycle
principles
Excel in partnering with Product leaders and technical product managers on
requirements workshops helping define joint product/technology roadmaps & driving prioritization
Experience driving continuous improvements to processes/tools for better developer efficiency and productivity
Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements across engineering delivery and performance metrics.
Demonstrated success in leading high performing multidisciplinary and geographically distributed engineering teams. Demonstrated ability to hire develop and retain highcaliber talent
Excellent problem solving and analytics skills. Capable of forming and advocating an independent viewpoint
Must demonstrate longerterm strategic thinking and staying abreast with latest technologies to assess whats possible technically
Strong collaboration and effective communication with focus on winwin outcomes
Payments industry experience is a plus.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 510 of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk communicate in person and by telephone frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is to USD $191700 to $299650 per year which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on jobrelated factors which may include knowledge skills experience and location. In addition this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
