Fonction du poste :

• Assister le contrleur de gestion du site de Drancy (fonctions centrales et centre de R&D)

• Participer aux tches de cltures mensuelles

• Soutenir les oprationnels dans lensemble du process de la comptabilit fournisseur de la prise de commande au rglement

• Produire et mettre jour les reportings mensuels de suivi des cots par dpartement

Missions :

Accompagner les oprationnels (responsable de centre de cots) sur les tches administratives et financires :

• En charge du reporting des fonctions IT de la business unit

• Participation au reporting des fonctions R&D du site

• Suivi du budget par dpartement

• Soutien du processus de commande: cration validation suivi rception

• Dfinition des imputations comptables et analytiques

• Assistance au processus de validation des factures

• Support du processus dinvestissement: cration des CAPEX dans SAP soutien lors des commandes mise en service reporting mensuels

• Mise jour du suivi des effectifs du site

Comptences requises :

• Base de comptabilit

• Culture financire:culture gnrale de comptabilit et contrle de gestion

• Bonnes connaissances du Pack Office (Excel PowerPoint etc.

• Bon niveau danglais exig

• Connaissance de lERP SAP serait un plus
