Description

Working as part of the Child Health Team you will be responsible for providing comprehensive clinic based speech pathology services to children up to school age who have speech or language difficulties. The team works within a family and client centred framework and works with a diverse group of clients. We have a high demand for Speech Pathology services for children in our catchment and the team operates from a number of sites across the Northern Suburbs to support the demand as required.

We are seeking an experienced Grade 2 Speech Pathologist to join our team who demonstrates good team work and can work alongside our families to achieve outcomes for our clients. We would consider experienced Grade 1 clinicians for this role.



Skills And Experiences

Candidates must hold:

  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
  • Eligibility to hold and maintain membership with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Knowledge or experience in paediatric Speech Pathology assessment and intervention and development difficulties

The fine print

  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo a National Police Check upon commencement and 3 yearly thereafter and International Police Check (if applicable)
  • Required to hold a valid employment WWCC
  • Full driver license and requirement to work across all DPV Health sites as required
