Job Summary: The Employee Services position supports the Huntsville School District by managing employee records payroll benefits hiring paperwork and providing employee support services. This role works closely with district administration to ensure smooth and accurate employee operations.
Essential Duties:
New Employee processing
Substitute processing
Employee Contracts
Verification of employment and earnings
Verify and update the system on employee changes occurring throughout the year (job change resignation termination retirement)
Federal and State Payroll Taxes and Reporting
DataPath (HSA) Transactions Monthly
Garnishments
All Employee Benefits
Teacher Retirement ARTRS
EBD (ARBenefits medical)
Delta Vision & Dental American Fidelity Colonial Life
Sick Bank Memberships (Numbers for Each Bank and Processing Donations/Withdrawals)
Assisting with Payroll
Quarterly and Yearly Reporting state and federal 941 W2s ACA1095Cs)
W2 Balancing
Notary Service
Assisting with Cycle Pulls

Qualifications:
Knowledge of the Arkansas Public School Computer Network (APSCN) payroll and benefits and general office procedures is beneficial.
Knowledge of federal and state employee reporting requirements and their systems.
