Senior Construction Project Manager - Northern California

Position Summary

As a Senior Project Manager at CVS Health youll be at the heart of our construction and remodeling efforts for both retail and enterprise locations. Your role is central in managing all aspects of these projects from planning and budgeting to and project closeout. You will coordinate construction activities ensure projects align with CVS standards and stay within budget and schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Leading projects through all phases: design budgeting permitting contracting construction merchandise activities and delivery for all assigned projects and those assigned to your direct reports.
• Collaborating with our real estate teams business units and contractors to shape project scope budget and timelines.
• Overseeing approximately $15M in expense and capital budgets each year.
• Working alongside CVS preferred vendors including General Contractors and Architects.
• Ensuring all construction aligns with CVS plans and specs by conducting site visits.
• Handling the project punch list and closeout with clear communication.

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of robust project management experience with the ability to execute multiple projects seamlessly.
• Deep understanding of design and construction processes industry standards and costs.
• Professional project management presentation and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and proprietary project management software.
• Required to travel 5075 24 days weekly) varying with workloads throughout the year
• The candidate must be in California to be considered for this position

• Knowledge of all aspects of the design and construction process including standards and costs.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to oversee large crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to manage large budgets.
• Ability to take initiative; selfstarter.
• The capacity to work remotely independently managing tasks with minimal oversight
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Project Outlook etc.
• Proficiency with proprietary Project Management software.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt in a changing retail environment.

Education

• Bachelors degree (construction management or architect and engineering) or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of construction management experience) required

The typical pay range for this role is:

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual fulltime salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience education geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus commission or shortterm incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the companys equity award program.
