Role Description
The purpose of this position is to simultaneously provide transportation to Brasada Team Members from the company sponsored housing to Bend or Redmond as well as with providing on property transportation to Brasada Ranch Members and Guests upon request. The Shuttle Driver assists the Guest Services Team with cabin deliveries and other guest requests and assists with packages and mail distribution throughout the property. The Brasada Shuttle Driver will provide lateral assistance across multiple operating departments to ensure that all teams are set up for success.
This is a seasonal part time position with a schedule of Tuesday & Wednesday from 8:00am 5:00pm some additional shifts may be available to assist with airport transportation and other additional shuttling needs. Shuttle Drivers earn $19.00 $20.00/hour based on experience.
General Responsibilities
Strictly adhere to all driving and vehicle safety guidelines
Strictly follow driving laws and posted speed limits at all times while operating the Brasada shuttle vehicle.
Effectively manage time and ensure shuttles are on time and running efficiently.
Conduct routine scheduled routes from Brasada to neighboring communities including Bend and Redmond.
Communicate effectively with all Brasada Team Members including details of shuttle schedule and with the applicable Resort Leadership Team
Assist with guest requests including cabin deliveries and support the Front Desk and Guest Services Team when not conducting a scheduled shuttle ride.
Provide comprehensive appropriate concierge guidance for guests seeking offsite activities and dining.
Be knowledgeable with all Resort products operations and services in order to respond to guest enquiries and is able to provide a detailed tour and orientation of the property and suite / cabins for arriving guests if requested
Maintain accurate logs of various activities.
Ensure shuttle vehicle is cleaned regularly both exterior and interior and maintain an organized sanitary and safe working area.
Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Skills/Traits
Valid Oregon Drivers license with a driving record clear of any major moving violations.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Previous professional driving experience preferred
Previous guest service experience preferred.
Must be willing to commit to working holidays weekends and varying shifts including day and evening shifts.
