Job Description
Greenberg Traurig is seeking a Commercial litigation associate with 26 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience in cases involving claims pertaining to contracts trade secrets fiduciary duty fraud and corporate governance. Must have strong writing skills and a desire to take depositions and be in the courtroom. Prior law firm experience is are seeking candidates with excellent academic credentials strong communication and client service skills as well as the ability to multitask and manage their time to meet deadlines and complete projects. Candidates must be admitted to the California bar.

The expected pay range for this position is:
$235000 $360000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience location and other jobrelated factors permitted by law.
