Sentara is hiring an Enrollment Supervisor for the Pharmacy Home Care Team
Location: Sentara Home Care Chesapeake 23320
Status: Full Time 40 hrs/wk)
Shift: First
Hours: Rotates 8:00am5:00 (Flexible)
No Weekends or Holidays
The Team Coordinator of Enrollment supervises the day to day processes & staff related to all enrollment activities including but not limited to web paper electronic enrollment and group set up processes that will assure a high level of customer satisfaction in accordance with plan policies and procedures.
Education
- Associates Degree in Related Field (Required)
- Applicants who do not have their Associates Degree will be required to sign an Associates Degree Agreement committing to successfully obtaining their Associates Degree within 3 years of hire
Experience
- 3 years of Enrollment Experience (Required)
- Previous Quality Improvement Experience (Required)
- Previous Project Management Experience (Required)
- Prior Authorization Experience (Preferred)
- Leadership Experience (Preferred)
- Medicare and Medicaid Experience (Preferred)
