The Integrative Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) is a clinical professional who as a result of education and indepth clinical knowledge and experience in General Medicine and Integrative Health assesses plans and evaluates care for patients. The Integrative Health NP is an expert practitioner collaborator consultant educator clinician and change agent. Under the general direction of the Practice Manager and the Medical Director of the Osher Center for Integrative Health and the Director of Adult Medical Specialties the Integrative NPs primary responsibility is the management and coordination of patients cared for as part of this center with an emphasis on collaborative management education and continuity of outpatient integrative care.
The NP must have the ability to prioritize multiple urgent issues at the same time care for patients with a variety of complex diseases and General Medicine and Oncology anomalies. The NP will work closely with providers and be responsible for the creation evaluation and assessment of workflows and processes for panel management programs related to Integrative Health and longterm continuity of care in an ambulatory setting. The NP is critical to the clinical level of care provided in this clinic and will work with all support staff to achieve the highest level of continuity of care for patients in an outpatient setting.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $100.48 $130.31 (Hourly Rate).

UCSF Medical Center and Campus requires certain healthcare providers to be credentialed. In most cases this is done through its Office of Medical Affairs & Governance (OMAG) prior to the first working day. Credentialing and approval of the Standardized Procedures takes between 6090 days but can vary.
