Job Description
The Grand Harbor Resort & Waterpark is currently accepting applications for Concession Stand Attendants to work inside of the waterpark. Ideal candidates for this position would be able to work during the operational hours of the waterpark have previous customer service experience preferably prior food and beverage preparation experience a selfstarted able to work independently and have exceptional communication and time management skills. Candidate for this role must be at least 18 years of age or older due to servicing of alcohol.
Some responsibilities of the Concession Stand Attendant may include:
- Must be able to handle cash and use the Point of Sale system accurately.
- Provide outstanding and consistent customer service by being knowledgeable pleasant and helpful to guests at all times.
- Complete daily cleaning tasked as assigned by supervisor or manager.
- Maintain clean concession stand area both in front and back areas.
- Keep food and beverage containers fully stocked.
- Promote and practice safety standards at all times.
- Maintain a clean and well groomed appearance at all times in accordance with departmental standards.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Learn understand and practice department standard operating procedures.
- Understand and practice the core values standards and expectations of the company.
- All other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Personal Appearance
The Concession Stand Attendant must be well groomed and neatly dressed in proper apparel upon arrival for his or her shiftand must strive to maintain a neat clean appearance throughout the shift by using aprons and sidetowels appropriately and by frequent handwashing.
This position is subject to a background check as it relates to the responsibilities of the role.
