Description
We are looking for a Graduate Front End Developer to join our engineering team in Cambridge. You will be working on the Controller a web application which manages and reports on our security products. The controller also collects aggregates and reports on threat telemetry which HP are in a unique position to collect. Youll be at the forefront of cyber research and intelligence and youll be trusted to suggest and investigate then deliver new ideas (see you will do as a Front End Developer:
Design and build new user interfaces as well as maintaining existing ones (ES6 Webpack D3 Sass)
Maintain and improve the test infrastructure (Jest
Maintain and improve the build systems (Webpack)
Collaborate with back end developers to steer API design

Technical requirements for the Front End Developer:
We are looking for graduate with a degree from an engineering subject who ideally also has some experience in.
HTML CSS JS
React
Webpack Esbuild (or other JS compilers)
Scss
Package managers like yarn or npm
ESM in Javascript
A great Graduate FrontEnd Developer will have an interest in web security issues and an understanding of how to avoid them

Inspired by the isolation principles of traditional virtualization our team known then as Bromium created a gamechanging technology called microvirtualization to protect end users against advanced malware. Every task the user performs such as opening a document or clicking on a link is isolated in its own microVM with access to just the resources required for that task and existing just for the life of the task.
