Substitute Plumbing Apprenticeship Instructor
Location: Orem UT
Status: PartTime
Hours: Monday & Wednesday 6:00 p.m. 9 p.m. or Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m.
Pay/Salary: $30.25 hourly

What Youll Do:
Responsibilities of the Substitute Plumbing Apprenticeship Instructor include but are not limited to:
- Be willing to travel to the Spanish Fork and Lehi campuses as needed.
- Deliver dynamic handson lessons emphasizing skillbased competency training making learning engaging and impactful.
- Design and implement lesson plans ensuring students gain practical skills through lab work and realworld applications.
- Guide mentor and supervise students fostering a supportive and productive learning environment both in the classroom and on the practical floor.
- Assess student progress through written oral practical and performancebased evaluations.
- Create a studentcentered atmosphere maintain an inspiring wellorganized classroom and ensure safe functional and wellmaintained equipment.
- Keep accurate uptodate student attendance performance and accountability records to support their success.
What Were Looking For:
- Education Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Licensure:Must be a licensed journeyman plumber.
- Industry Expertise:A strong knowledge of current plumbing principles methods and techniques with handson experience in the field is needed.
- Technology Skills:Familiarity with the trades modern tools software and instructional technology.
- Teaching & Mentorship:Ability to guide instruct and inspire students helping them develop technical skills and professional confidence.
- Commitment to Student Success: It is essential to have a passion for helping students reach their full potential through education and handson training.
