Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Sr. Technical Program Manager with a demonstrated history in delivering results in highly ambiguous domains. This leader will join a team of experts in the field of data analytics data engineering and machine learning and work together to enable scalable data solutions across One Medical and provide empathetic care accessible convenient and costeffective.
This leader will have managed complex product delivery spanning across multiple organizations and have ability to dive deep on customer experience architecture and technical details. Success in this role requires close collaboration with senior leaders/execs across Amazon and the ability to influence their data MLOps and technical architecture.

Key job responsibilities
Define and deliver critical programs across multiple teams within One Medical and across other nonHealth customer teams. Set milestones that help achieve the program target dates.
Standup mechanisms to track and communicate progress towards delivery dates.
Effectively communicate with all levels of leadership they should be able to represent complex decisions tradeoffs and solutions in various forums.
Identify and resolve roadblocks and conflicts that originate during program . Partner with PMs Science Analytics and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
Build relationships and manage by influence in a matrix organization to solve complex data analytics and science problems with tight timelines
Define and execute Program Management best practices across the different science and engineering teams to help raise the bar on the of our team.
Manage a queue of customer facing issues and ad hoc requests to improve the new functionalities at Health Measurement and Analytics.
7 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5 years of technical product or program management experience
5 years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
3 years of software development experience
Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
5 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
Experience managing projects across cross functional teams building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $133900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $231400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
