Job Description

We are hiring 3 baristas on a 12month contract with the possibility of extension or a permanent role. The baristas specific responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following:
- Prepare nonalcoholic beverages
- Present all completed orders as per Holt Renfrew standards
- Provide recommendations for beverages based on guest preferences
- Stock beverages and complete periodic inventories to ensure sufficient supply
- Orders additional stocks as required and approved
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Maintain coffee shop in compliance with regulations
- Ensure compliance with privacy policies regulations and cyber security measures
The ideal candidate:
- High School diploma
- 3 years previous barista experience
The measures of success:
- Contribution to financial objectives
- Individual objectives linked to the achievement of department goals
- Feedback from internal and external clients
