Job Description

What Youll Do:

Here are some of the tasks youll be responsible for daily:

  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Execute housekeeping requests like extra towels toothpaste/brush iron hair dryer delivery etc
  • Execute maintenance requests like TV issues battery replacement in a remote assistance with HVAC
  • Shuttle driver that will include pick up/drop off of the mail assistance with fire pits
  • Anticipate and address guests service needs assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals
  • Perform any jobrelated duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements:

  • Self starting personality who is reliable
  • Always maintain professional appearance
  • Team player who is willing to help with other duties
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Valid drivers license (required)

When Youre Here:

  • Be prepared to accommodate varying schedules including nights weekends and holidays.
  • This position will require moving self in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces.
  • This position will require moving for 90 of the time sometimes in varying temperatures.
