Sr. Electrical Engineer
Salary: $85000 to $100000

Job Summary:
As our Sr. Electrical Engineer you will provide essential engineering services to ensure the safe and efficient operation directly supporting production maintenance and administrative departments to achieve plant goals.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all phases of assigned projects from initial concept and scope development to detailed written specifications bid solicitations and meetings equipment and facilities engineering/design manufacturing and installation through final startup acceptance and project closeout.
- Provide expert engineering support to production technical and maintenance teams to address various equipment and process issues with a specialization in FPGArelated and broader electrical engineering challenges.
- Take a leadership role in promoting and implementing our Business System concepts and philosophies within your area of responsibility.
- Recognize and actively promote that accident and injury prevention are as critical as production quality delivery recovery and cost control working safely and fostering a strong safety consciousness among colleagues.
- Ensure that all employment practices under your control including hiring promotions demotions and discipline comply with equal employment opportunity laws and company policy.
- Participate in the annual development of the plants threeyear budget process by contributing to scope development soliciting quotes and generating detailed project descriptions and budget costs.
- Develop core crossfunctional project teams and create detailed project specifications and Scopes of Work to obtain accurate project cost estimates.
- Generate comprehensive project progress schedules and prepare and submit funding requests (RFAs) for approval.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred:
- 7 years of experience in electrical engineering.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
- 57 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
