What you get to do:
- Analyzing park pricing initiatives and providing analytical support
- Attendance analysis by location and product
- Per cap variance review and analysis for admissions and inpark spending across the company
- Marketing analytical support on new campaigns and initiatives
- Assist in the preparation of the business unit strategy meetings
- Financial analysis around macroeconomic and industry trends
- Assist with the preparation of the annual operating budget and provide expense variance analysis for corporate departments
- Special projects and other duties as assigned
What it takes to succeed:
- Must possess a Bachelors degree in Finance or a related field
- Must possess strong leadership motivational and organizational skills
- Must be able to build relationships and influence leaders
- Must have a proactive and serviceoriented approach to problem solving
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have experience managing expenses COGs and revenue
- Must have an understanding of revenue management (demandbased pricing) concept
- Must have an understanding of admissions pricing promotions and per caps
- Must have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
- Must have strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Must be comfortable working with all levels of leadership
- Must have a working knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications
What else is important:
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience using SAP Business Objects is preferred
- Experience using Parkware Budgetware and Edison preferred
