Job Description

Our Automotive Sales Managers are responsible for optimizing customer retention and profitability in the sales domain this position encompasses crucial finance functions in car deals including deal closures and managing finance agreements. Additionally responsibilities extend to recruitment training and performance management of sales personnel. By establishing and maintaining customercentric sales standards this role enhances market competitiveness and our Believe in Nice culture.

Automotive Sales Manager Compensation and Benefits:

Automotive Sales Manager Competitive Salary:Enjoy a $2500 monthly base salary plus 4 new and used gross commission with potential for based on department profitability. We are committed to providing consistent reliable compensation as such you will be paid at least $15000 monthly for the first 90 days.

Generous Paid Time Off (PTO):We prioritize worklife balance offering industryleading PTO. New fulltime employees accrue 4 hours per pay period totaling approximately 96 hours in the first year with increases over time.

Comprehensive Benefits Package: Hannah Motor Company provides extensive health benefits starting the first month after 60 days of employment. Paid Holidays: Hannah Motor Company offers at least 2 paid holidays per year to Automotive Sales Managerssubject to completion of the introductory period and other eligibility requirements as per company policy.

Automotive Sales Manager Responsibilities:

  • Structures vehicle deals including contracting customers ensuring accurate paperwork and getting deals bought by bank; making necessary corrections and performing resigns and assumes full responsibility for funding delays.
  • Hires trains motivates counsels and monitors the performance of your team sales employees creating and maintaining a strong and effective team.
  • Understands keeps abreast of and complies with federal state and local regulations that affect sales.
  • Assists individual salespeople in setting realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
  • Ensures proper follow up of all potential buyers by developing implementing and monitoring a prospecting and sales control system.
  • Conducts daily and/or weekly sales meetings.
  • Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as interdepartmentally.
  • Ensures that salespeople understand and follow dealership policies and procedures.
  • Manage and maintain high ratings in customer reviews.

Automotive Sales Manager Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Physical ability to use computer hardware/software.
  • Excellent supervisory/managerial skills.
  • Team building and training/development skills.
  • Ability to actively participate in team development and processes while motivating others to do the same.
  • Basic knowledge of dealership operations.
