AGC Biologics sucht ab sofort und unbefristet Untersttzung fr das Produktionsteam am Standort Heidelberg:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Vorbereitung und Durchfhrung von Fermentationen im Reinraumbereich der Klasse D
- Zellernte und Zellaufschluss
- Verschiedene Filtrationstechniken
- Aseptisches Arbeiten unter LaminarFlowWerkbnken
- Durchfhrung von Inprozesskontrollen (Bestimmung von pH und Leitfhigkeit Absorptionsmessung EndotoxinBestimmung Bestimmung optischer Dichte Mikroskopieren)
- Vor und Nachbereitung von Produktionskampagnen
- Untersttzung bei der Qualifizierung und Kalibrierung von Gerten
- GMPgerechte Dokumentenerstellung und Dokumentation
Ihr Profil
- AGC Biologics sucht ausgebildete BTA CTA Pharma oder Chemiekanten Chemie oder Biologielaboranten fr das Produktionsteam in Heidelberg(alternativ Bachelor oder vergleichbarer Abschluss)
- Technische Fhigkeiten und Kenntnisse der chromatographischen Aufreinigung von Proteinen oder/und der mikrobiellen Fermentation sind wnschenswert
- Teamfhigkeit Verantwortungs und Qualittsbewusstsein sind uns wichtig
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit im dreiSchichtSystem whrend Produktionskampagnen Wochenendarbeit mglich
- Gute Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse
- Gltige Aufenthalts und Arbeitserlaubnis
