We are looking for Power BI Consultant with 3 to 6yrs of working experience. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design build and maintain insightful Power BI reports and dashboards that support datadriven decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into actionable Power BI reports and dashboards.
Develop and maintain scalable and interactive Power BI solutions including data models and DAX calculations.
Integrate Power BI with various data sources such as SQL Server Excel APIs etc.
Optimize data performance refresh schedules and ensure data accuracy across reports.
Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to refine data visualization needs and deliver meaningful insights.
Provide enduser training and documentation for developed dashboards.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BI tools data and reporting.
Ensure alignment with data governance and security best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience 3 years) in developing Power BI reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in DAX Power Query (M language) and data modeling techniques.
Handson experience with SQL Server and writing complex SQL queries.
Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Microsoft Power BI certification is a plus.
Experience working in the UAE or similar regional environments is advantageous.
Previous experience in government or public sector projects is a plus.
